Corpus Christi Community Prayer

As we celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi, our parish is joining Catholics across the country in a wave of faithful witness rooted in prayer, solidarity, and the dignity of every person.

The Social Action ministry invites everyone to gather in front of the church after the 10:30AM Mass on June 7 to pray for peace and then hold signs on the corner of Powell and 43rd. The event will conclude by 1PM for those who wish to attend the 2PM Mass at St. Mary’s Cathedral.

There will be signs available, or you may bring your own. Please ensure that all signs emphasize nonviolence, unity, and solidarity and are not oppositional, angry, or refer to specific political figures or parties.
