Corpus Christi Procession

In response to the U.S. Bishops’ vote to consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Archbishop Sample will solemnly consecrate our entire archdiocese to the Sacred Heart on Sunday, June 7 at the 2:00 PM Corpus Christi Mass at St. Mary’s Cathedral.

Following Mass at around 3:30 PM will be a public procession. St. Mary’s Cathedral, our mother church, is also celebrating its centennial year and has been designated by the Vatican as a pilgrimage site where the faithful may receive a plenary indulgence. This celebration will continue as an annual archdiocesan event and serve as a public witness of our unity as a Church.
