To reserve sites close to one another, we will reserve sites from Monday to Sunday. While it may be hard to believe, it's difficult to get all the reservations together because demand is extremely high.
Good news: Construction should be complete, and sites should be OPEN beginning in June 2026. This means there should be enough sites available to accommodate all St. Ignatius families who want to camp this coming summer!
Reservations and full payment will be due no later than MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026 – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park policies require the following for our group camping. Please read carefully and email if you have any questions.
All reservations and payment in full will be due no later than MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026 – NO EXCEPTIONS! We must make payment in full at the time of the reservation. There is no wiggle room to be late!
Reservations will be offered for 6 nights. To reserve sites for our group to be together, we must make all the reservations at once.
This means the cost will be $247 regardless of how many nights you wish to stay. You are welcome to split the week with a family, or just come for part of the week – your choice.
Breakdown of the cost is: 6 nights at $39 per night, plus an additional $3 to cover postage and mailing, and a $10 per-site reservation fee, for a total due of $247.
This will be your only notice to make reservations. Please pass along to friends or others who you think will be interested in joining us this year. Once the reservations are made, we cannot add additional sites. We are praying that we will be able to secure enough sites to accommodate our group. If you don’t hear from us, it means we were successful; otherwise, you will be notified of any complications.
Other details to remember:
- The campout this year will be scheduled for the week of July 27th– August 2nd, 2026, at Ft Stevens State Park.
- All of these campsites have electrical hookups, and restrooms and showers are located in the center of the loops.
- The maximum capacity for each site is eight people. If you plan on bringing more people than this, you should reserve more than one site.
Please complete the bottom of this form and enclose a check for $247 made out to Kristin Jost. If you have any requests regarding who you wish to camp with, etc., please write them in the comments below (be as specific as possible, giving family names; we do not know which grades children are in, so please don’t say… put me with the 3rd graders). We will do our best to accommodate your request (no guarantees, though!).
