Make a Year-end Donation to St. Ignatius!

If you are age 72 or older, the IRS requires you to take minimum distributions each year from your tax-deferred retirement accounts. A qualified charitable donation (QCD) is a direct transfer of funds from your IRA, payable directly to a qualified charity such as St. Ignatius Parish.

As 2023 draws to a close, please consider making a year-end donation to help us take care of our beautiful church. A charitable IRA rollover is an easy way to make a gift to St. Ignatius Parish to help us repair and maintain our campus. You can directly transfer any amount up to $100,000 from your IRA and pay no income tax on the distribution, while making a charitable donation to our parish.

  • You may participate beginning at age 70.5

  • For a tax benefit, transfer must go directly from your IRA to St. Ignatius

Please check with your tax or financial advisor to see if this type of gift is right for you. If you need help with this transfer or have any questions, please call the parish office. Thank you for your consideration.
