Ministry Morning

Come join us on Sunday, September 18 for our Ministry Morning, where representatives from a variety of our parish activities and ministries will be on the church grounds to help share, promote, inform, and enlist!  Interested in hosting an easel, and providing a poster and/or fliers for your ministry?  Contact Joseph or Grace Byrd and come join in the fun of starting a new year of ministry here with all of us at St. Ignatius.

SCHOOL EVENTS

Our St. Ignatius Parent Association is the main community building and fundraising support group of the St. Ignatius parish school. All parents of St. Ignatius students are members of the St. Ignatius Parent Association. This group sponsors activities including Back-to-School events, Jog-a-Thon, Turkey Bingo, Auction, Catholic Schools Week events, new parent information sessions, teacher appreciation, and community outreach.

While the group is comprised of school parents, all parishioners are encouraged to support and participate in these various and fun organized events. If interested in learning more, contact Julie Frangipani, school secretary.

ITALIAN DINNER-WELCOME BACK

For over 80 years, St. Ignatius parish has hosted an annual Italian Dinner. This is the primary fundraising project of the parish and it is a great community builder for young and old parishioners, school families, and our neighbors. It is a volunteer-intense, FUN event. Consider joining one of the teams: rolling meatballs, waiting tables, making salad, cutting bread, helping with takeout, tending bar, or any of the other opportunities to serve at this traditional Italian Dinner.
